Hello Apple Developer Community,
I am an independent developer from Mongolia.
I purchased an Apple Developer Program membership for $99 on October 27, 2026, and received an official invoice from Apple.
However, my developer membership is still showing "Pending" and has not been activated.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support by email and requested a phone callback, but I have not received a response.
Unfortunately, phone support is not available for my location in Mongolia.
Could an Apple representative please advise me on how to escalate this enrollment issue or get my payment and membership status reviewed?
I would really appreciate your assistance.
