What do you mean no release notes?
I just looked at the "release notes" for macOS 26.3 beta, and it said there were no notes. Imagine if you were getting your car checked, and the bill had an extra $1000 tacked on, with a line item that said "---". As a developer, this is bizarre. As a shareholder, this is dismaying.

assets.xcassets Folder is just raw code
Hey everyone, I took over a mac os app project file and the Assets folder is looking strange. It doesn't have the regular interface where you see the list of assets and the section of adding the app icon size variants and so on. It's just a document of raw data referencing the assets. It's not recognizing the folder as a normal assets folder. Any idea how I can fix it?

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck for 40+ days with no response
Hello everyone, I am looking for advice or help from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization under the name Mindzone Technologies on Monday, December 15, 2025. Since then, the enrollment status has remained in “processing” with no updates. After waiting several weeks, I contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not received any response. First email was sent on Monday, January 19, 2026 (GMT+4) Second email was sent on Friday, January 23, 2026 (GMT+4) Category: Membership and Account, Program Enrollment At this point, it has been over 40 days since enrollment and more than 3 business days since the last support contact, despite Apple stating typical response times are much shorter. There has been no request for additional documents, no phone call for identity verification, and no explanation provided. This delay is blocking our ability to publish apps and proceed with business commitments. Has anyone else faced an enrollment delay of this length recently Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped resolve this Should I expect a phone verification call or is there something I should proactively request Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who managed to resolve a similar case would be greatly appreciated. Apple Developer Enrollment – Over 2 Months Without Progress
Dear Apple Developer team, dear Apple Developer community, I’m posting this publicly because I honestly don’t know how else to get a response. Timeline: December 3rd: I applied for the Apple Developer Program and received the confirmation email: “Your program enrollment has been received.” After that: complete silence for weeks – no status updates, no emails, nothing. End of December: Only after I opened a support ticket myself did I receive a response asking me to upload additional documents. January 12th: I uploaded all requested documents in full. Since then: silence again. Last Monday, I sent a follow-up email → no reply. Today (January 26th), I opened a new ticket, referencing the existing case number. Honestly, I have to ask: Where is the professionalism in this process? For comparison: The Google Play Developer account verification (including identity and company checks) took around 24 hours. Apple is one of the most valuable technology companies in the world. Why does a basic developer enrollment take over two months, without transparent communication or even a simple status update? At this point, I would really appreciate: a clear status update, or at least a realistic timeline for when this process will be completed Right now, this experience feels neither professional nor developer-friendly. Thank you for reading, and I sincerely hope for a timely response.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment PROBLEM
Hello, I'm having a serious problem registering for the Apple Developer Program, and I can't resolve it. I applied over two weeks ago, but I still haven't received an activation email. I've also tried using different credit cards, suspecting there might be a problem with my payment method. The main issues are as follows: My order/registration remains in the "processing" status, I haven't received an activation email, Apple Developer Program support isn't responding. I've already sent over seven emails to support, but haven't received any response or updates. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation?

Stuck in enrollment since Jan 1st: "Team must speak to you" but no phone option available
Hi everyone, I am writing this out of extreme frustration as I have been unable to complete my Apple Developer enrollment for nearly four weeks. My Enrollment ID is LT5A4XR4UF. I started this process on January 1st. On January 18th, I received an email from Apple stating that the developer team "must speak with me" to move forward. However, I am facing two major blockers that have brought the process to a complete standstill: No Phone Option: When I go to the "Contact Us" page as instructed, there is no option for a phone call—only an email form. I cannot fulfill the request to "speak" with the team if no live channel is provided. No Email Response: I have sent numerous emails over the last several days explaining this situation and providing my contact details, but Apple has not responded to any of them. It has been many days of total radio silence despite this being a time-sensitive enrollment. Details: Enrollment ID: LT5A4XR4UF Region: New Zealand Account Type: Orgnisation Total Delay: 25 days and counting Is there an Apple representative here who can look into why my case has been ghosted? Alternatively, if anyone knows a direct line or a specific time of day when the "Phone" button actually appears for New Zealand developers, please let me know. Bug with editor under files
When trying to edit the last line in a pdf document it is not allowing me to go lower in the document further to edit the last part in the pdf. I expect the tool to disappear or at least I can zoom in or out to be able to edit the last line in the document. it is the new „preview„ program with thr latest update last week. I use iphone 14 with ios 26.2

Time Machine BackUp Not Completed Error
For the last two weeks Time Machine has been unable to complete back up. It's throwing up the following: The error detail shows : The file does not exist in finder and have tried logging Mac out of iCloud and back in again but error remains. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Program Purchase and Renewal
I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Hash is appended to redirect URL with Login
Hi, We have a application where we open the login page in the Web browser of that iPad once user enters the credentials with OAuth2.0 authentication Authcode appended to the registered redirect URL But lately the hash symbol is appended after the AuthCode in the redirect URL in iPad but not in Mac web browser.

Before investing development effort, I'd like to understand: Has anyone successfully implemented Wallet passes for brands in restricted categories (tobacco, alcohol, etc.)? Are there specific guidelines or restrictions I should be aware of beyond the standard Wallet documentation? Gatekeeper is blocking Ghostty
Hello, I'm reaching you because I have an issue on my mac (very new user), I tried to install Ghostty 1.2.3 on my macos 26.2 from brew or the dmg file from their website. When I try top open it I have the popup with the message "Apple could not verify "Ghostty" is free of malware..." After many discussions with them on discord, many attempts on clearing Gatekeeper cache, rebooting, reinstalling there is now way for me to have it working. When I check the notarization on my machine I have this spctl -a -vvv -t install /Applications/Ghostty.app /Applications/Ghostty.app: rejected source=Unnotarized Developer ID origin=Developer ID Application: Mitchell Hashimoto (24VZTF6M5V) While other people can check it and it is marked as notarized and they can open it without any issue. I could bypass Gatekeeper to make it work, but it's a bad solution and I'm looking for a way to understand why is this happening only on my machine. Any expert who could help me would be great ! Hello everyone, I am working on an enterprise solution for a "closed network" environment using Cellular Local Push Notifications via the NEAppPushManager and NEAppPushProvider frameworks. Current Status: We have successfully implemented and tested Local Push over both Wi-Fi (matching SSIDs) and Cellular networks. For cellular, we are currently manually configuring the NEPrivateLTENetwork with specific Mobile Country Codes (MCC) and Mobile Network Codes (MNC). The implementation is working correctly in our test environment. The Challenge: To move this into a production environment and ensure global reliability across different regions, we need a "Golden Source" for these network codes. Relying on manual lookups or unofficial community databases introduces risk for a production-grade application. My Questions: Production-Grade Source: What is the Apple-recommended or industry-standard "source of truth" for a comprehensive and up-to-date list of global MCC/MNC pairs for 2026? Validation: For those who have deployed NEPrivateLTENetwork at scale, how do you handle the validation of these codes to ensure the matchPrivateLTENetworks array always contains the correct, current data for the user’s provisioned SIM? Private Network Standards: Since we are operating in a closed environment, are there specific recommendations for using the ITU-designated shared MCC (e.g., 999 or 901) versus standard public carrier codes in a production context? Document menu == Lightbulb icon on Tahoe?
My app has a menu called "Document". On Tahoe, this appears as a lightbulb icon. Is this deliberate? Is it possible to stop this? Or do I just have to use a different name if I want people to read words?

PDFView doesn't respond to Thumbnail in horizontal orientation
In PDFKit on MacOS, if you create a PDFView and matching Thumbnail View, and then set the PDFView to Horizontal: selecting the thumbnail no longer move the PDFView to the correct page. It works for all styles of View (Two Page Continuous, etc) in Vertical orientation.
