actually you are right, the problem is my lawyer and accountant friends from Turkey/Türkiye, which means doesn't know anything for USA laws, also the process is too slow in here. I will reach someone (a lawyer or so) from USA, and I will keep update this post. Just because of your reply... Thank you so much.
