Hello, I am experiencing the same issue described in this thread. My Apple Developer Program membership has been formally terminated, and I was instructed to submit a “Re-instate a Terminated Developer Program Membership” petition. However, whenever I click “Contact Support,” the page redirects to developer.apple.com/register/agree/?path=%2Fcontact%2F and remains blank indefinitely. I have tried multiple browsers, private browsing, and different networks without success. I have already made corrective changes to my applications and am ready to submit my reinstatement petition, but I cannot access the required form. My previous appeal ticket is APL546734. Could Apple Developer Support please advise how I can open a support case or submit my reinstatement petition through an alternative channel? Thank you.
