It's solved Just include a new device into the account with the Provisioning UDID, you can find it inside the device Hardware Overview: Click: Apple icon - About this mac - System Report - Hardware - Hardware Overview

I'm having the same trouble, I only have issues with audios from music folder. "The file couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it" But the app has permission for Apple Music.

I can reproduce the issue on Mac OS Ventura but only with PHPickerViewController, easy to reproduce if the app is on full screen
