Hi App Review team, We're reaching out about a Pending Termination Notice under Section 3.2(f) of the DPLA, issued on September 17 to our Apple developer account. The notice cites repeated guideline violations on one app, Sugar Ai (Apple ID 6742744085), and treats them as an attempt to evade review. That was never our intent: each resubmission contained a genuine fix for a consent disclosure issue, but we failed to document these changes in our review notes. We filed a formal appeal with the App Review Board on September 21. Because the online form is capped at 2,000 characters, we also prepared a full write-up with screenshots and timelines, which we're glad to share with anyone at Apple who needs it. Our attempts to book an App Review appointment through App Store Connect have not gone through.
