I have applied for the developer program on 01 September,2021, but my program enroll is still pending. It take long time. Please help me.

I had order for the apple membership account on 1st September 2021 But there is no response from the Apple Developer Support Team. I had even tried to contact at https://developer.apple.com/contact but I am not able to Submit in the link, the submit button does not even work. It says pending since I had applied for it. Even after the account is in pending state, the continue to enrollment is also not removed.
