I’m experiencing a very similar issue right now. My app has also been stuck in the review queue for quite a long time. The first time I submitted it was on Feb 9. Since there was no movement at all, I decided to withdraw the submission and send it again on Feb 17. Unfortunately, even after resubmitting, the app is still sitting in the queue with no updates. I’ve attached a screenshot of the current status as well. At this point I’m not sure if this is just an unusually long review queue or if something else might be happening. Curious if anyone else here has seen similar delays recently.
