Same happens to me just yesterday. I was suddenly logged out from Xcode, and couldn't login anymore, went through restore password process. Today's morning I was suddenly able to login, but after that I got 3 identical emails that an account access has been denied and can't login or reset a password anymore.
It's my working account and I can get a new one, because the system luckily hasn't blocked an account owner yet, but what is going on?
