I’m experiencing the same issue. I submitted a request to migrate my Apple Developer Program membership from an Individual account to an Organization account on August 4, and it is still under review more than a month later. I’ve contacted Developer Support several times and the case has also been escalated to a Senior Advisor. I’ve been told that the migration is “actively being reviewed” and has been “prioritized,” but unfortunately they are unable to provide any ETA or further information about what is causing the delay. This is particularly frustrating because the migration is currently blocking our first App Store release (We were not aware that we needed an organization account specifically for our app), so there is very little we can do other than wait. If anyone who has experienced a similar delay eventually had their migration completed, it would be very helpful to hear how long it ultimately took and whether anything helped move the process forward.
