Bug is still present for me on iOS 18.1 B7.

Still experiencing this same issue on iOS 18.1 Beta 6. (16 Pro Max) only solution I have found is to disable Apple Intelligence.

Experiencing the same issue on 16 Pro Max iOS 18.1 Beta 6. The only solution I have found is to disable Apple Intelligence and only then notifications work as intended.
