I have the same issue. I submitted my app for review for the first time on February 4th. I have sent Apple countless emails with almost no response or progress. Finally when I was able to get a response I was told my app was going to proceed with an expedited review which was now almost a week ago. I made my concern known with Apple that this seems extremely unusual so something must be wrong and if that is the case I want to fix it. Again no response. I am now sitting at 5 weeks of being in "waiting for review" status. Not sure what actions to take next.
