I’m with you on this one. Except I’ve had this status for much longer than that. I finally got the email with the code to confirm my enrollment, went to make the payment(which I thought I already did), and no matter what browser I used, it wouldn’t process and got hung up every time. i checked back a few days later and it says my account is ineligible(for no reason). I met all the requirements and was approved 3x’s now. Same somg and dance. Its beyond frustrating because I used to have an active account a few years back and my account was removed like it never existed.
