I'm experiencing this as well on a crappy old ios12 ipad. Why hasn't Apple responded? Also, why can't subs be tested on the simulator - they can on Android, and notifications too. Frankly it's ridiculous.

I'd say Apple's whole in app payment system is broken. Google's approach just works.

Transactions can still be restored even after deleting.

Experiencing the same error - Totally agree with the "Give up and develop for Android sentiment". I develop for both, and for iOS only because I have to otherwise I wouldn't bother.
