Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone who has been through a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization on 29 May 2026. It has now been about a week, and the status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed" with no updates. I also scheduled a callback with Apple Developer Support and did receive a call — but each time I was kept on hold for anywhere from 40+ minutes to a couple of hours waiting to be connected to a representative, without any real resolution. So far there has been no request for additional documents, no completed identity verification, and no clear explanation of what's holding things up. This delay is holding up our ability to set up App Store Connect and move forward with publishing. A few questions for the community: Has anyone enrolled as an organization around the same time and experienced a similar wait? Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped move things along? Should I expect a phone call to verify the organization / authority to enroll, or is there something I should proactively request?
