Same here. At this point, I honestly do not understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor developer enrollment and support experience. I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for around 50 days. I tried multiple devices and credit cards, contacted support several times, and even waited nearly an hour on the phone without reaching anyone. I am willing to pay and complete the enrollment, but Apple’s own payment/enrollment system blocks me with a country/region error at the final step. This is not the kind of experience developers should have from one of the biggest technology companies in the world.
