We are having the same problem. We've noticed two other strange and new behaviors. We get no S2SN on the resubscribe after an expiration. On renewal messages receive both the original transaction and the renewal transaction. We used to receive only the renewal.

We are having a similar problem. Plus there is no server-to-server notification on the purchase after expiration. Apple, what is going on?
