Trademark complaint but no followup
Hello, I have recently received a trademark infringement claim against my app. The claim did not specify exactly how I am infringing, or supply any other actionable information. However they did mention they filed at the USPTO. Nevertheless I pulled my app from the U.S app store to prevent any unintentional infringement, and contacted the complainants to resolve the situation. It's been a few weeks since then and I haven't heard anything from the complainants. Meanwhile Apple is reminding me to resolve this conflict. Does anybody here have any advice on how to proceed? I have tried getting in touch with AppStoreNotices@apple.com but they do not appear to reply. Thanks!

Part XX of the ITA blocking submission
All my business documents are in an active state, including the Part XX of the Income Tax Act (necessary for Canadians), but app.store connect won't let me bundle subcriptions or in-store payements with my app or let me submit it b/c is says I'm not in compliance. It's incredibly frustrating b/c it must be an internal error. anyone else having this issue?

DSA compliance stuck "In Review" for 12 days – App not available in EU (27 countries)
Hello, My app MayBeauty (iOS 1.0) was approved by Apple on April 24, 2026, but it is still not visible on the App Store in any of the 27 EU countries, including France. The issue: In App Store Connect > Business > Compliance, the "Digital Services Act" status has been stuck on "In Review" since April 20, 2026 (12 days ago). The entry is not clickable, so I cannot update or complete anything on my end. All other settings are correct: Contracts (free + paid apps): Active Bank account (Crédit Mutuel, France): Active Tax forms (W-8BEN): Active App status: Ready for Sale Has anyone experienced this delay? Is there a way to escalate beyond Developer Support? Thank you.

Renew button not showing anywhere — membership expired, apps removed from App Store
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on April 22, 2026, and the auto-renewal did not process. The Renew button is not showing anywhere. I have tried the following without success: Apple Developer app on iPhone and Mac developer.apple.com/account App Store Connect (both Paid Apps and Free Apps Agreements show as Expired) Settings > Subscriptions on all devices My apps have been removed from the App Store. I submitted a support request several days ago but have not received any response. I also requested a callback through developer.apple.com/contact but no one connected. I am ready to complete the payment immediately but there is simply no Renew option available. Could anyone advise or could Apple staff please assist?

Promoted In-App Purchase not loading during App Review: “Donation product is not available yet”
Hello Apple Developer Community, My iOS app was rejected during App Review because the promoted In-App Purchase donation product showed this error: “Donation product is not available yet” App Review details: Device: iPad Air 11-inch (M3) OS: iPadOS 26.4.2 Internet connection: Active Last reviewed build: 1.0.0 (1) App is iPhone only In-App Purchase type: Consumable donation product The app uses StoreKit to load the donation product from App Store Connect. On my side, the product is configured in App Store Connect and works during testing, but App Review reported that the product was not available when they tested it. I would like to confirm the correct setup for a promoted In-App Purchase / donation product before resubmitting the app. Questions: My In-App Purchase product, which is added under In-App Purchase Information in App Store Connect, is currently showing the status “Waiting for Review” while my app build has been submitted for review. Could this be the reason my app is showing the following StoreKit error? “Check the local StoreKit configuration or App Store Connect setup for com.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxx.” I would like to confirm whether an IAP product that is still “Waiting for Review” can be loaded by App Review during testing, or whether it must be approved together with the app before StoreKit can return the product successfully. The product ID in my app matches the product ID in App Store Connect, and the app uses StoreKit to load the product. Can App Review test a promoted In-App Purchase before the app itself is approved? Is there any delay after creating or editing an In-App Purchase before it becomes available to App Review? For an iPhone-only app reviewed on iPad, can this affect StoreKit product loading or promoted In-App Purchase availability? Any guidance on the correct App Store Connect setup would be appreciated. Hello, After doing some research and asking AI, I am still not sure if I am correctly formatting our meta tag. Different AIs are saying conflicting things. Is this smart app banner meta tag formatted correctly so that installs will show up in app store connect analytics under the correct campaign? Change country in Legal Entity Information
My InAppPurchases doesn't work because of, I assume, a country that's in my Entity Legal Information which is Russia. I no longer live in Russia and live in Serbia. This information is incorrect but it doesn't let me change it from Business section of App Store Connect. Changing the country is not available. Can you change it manually somehow or should I create a new developer account but in that case I have to pay another 100 dollars which I wouldn't want to do because I just recently purchased my current developer program. I assume that because my current address is set to Russia, it doesn't let me Sign the contract for InAppPurchases distribution. Help me to understand this, why is it that InAppPurchases are not available in my app.

Is App Store Connect Subscriptions Down for anyone else?
I'm trying to create two new subscriptions for my app and I get a loader for quite awhile when I click on a subscription I'm trying to edit to add pricing info, introductory offer, etc. Once the subscription page finally loads, the Supscription Prices section shows this error: "An error has occurred. Try again later." It's showing 500's in the console logs too: /iris/v1/subscriptions/6764495098/prices?include=territory,subscriptionPricePoint&limit=500:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () I've tried clearing browser cache, restarting my browser/computer and trying other browsers..nothings working.

One-time purchase with free trial
Dear all, This is my first post in this forum - and, in fact, my first app, too! I'm glad to be here, and thanks in advance for your help. I'm looking to offer an app for a one-time payment. I'd also like people to be able to try the app for a week. It seems that the "Pricing and Availability" section in App Store Connect is not the right place to configure this kind of offer. It does allow me to set a one-time price, but I cannot find a trial-period there (or am I missing something?) Two different strategies seem possible here: Using in-app-purchases: make the actual app free, but ask users after a week to buy a non-consumable IAP. The problem with that: I need to verify that the app has been installed for seven days ... even if it has been uninstalled at some point. Using subscriptions: There is a "free trial" option for subscriptions. But after that free trial, subscriptions are being payed periodically. I'd rather have the user only pay once for lifetime-access. Some apps seem to use strategy 1 - I believe the "Lap swim" app does. But still it seems like a bit of a hack - is there a more elegant way to achieve this?

App store connect won't let me create a subscription
I have been experiencing issues for over 24 hours with creating an App Store Connect subscription. I can make the subscription for my group, but when I scroll down to subscription pricing, it buffers for long and times out, resulting in this message: "An error has occurred. Try again later." No matter how many new subscriptions I create, only the subscription pricing section fails to load everytime.

ITMS-90429: Invalid Swift Support on libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib after update to Xcode 26.4.1
Hello, after updating to Xcode 26.4.1, our app is rejected on App Store Connect because of the following error: ITMS-90429: Invalid Swift Support - The files libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib aren’t at the expected location /Payload/AlbusAir.app/Frameworks. Move the file to the expected location, rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode, and resubmit it. We did not change anything to the code, we didn't update any dependency. As far as I'm aware, we don't use Spans in Swift. I even tried copying the dylib myself in the app in a Xcode build phase and it still doesn't work. Can someone help? Thanks !

Auto-renewable subscriptions stuck in “Pending Binary Approval” after app release — paywall doesn’t load in production
Hi everyone, I’m facing an App Store Connect / StoreKit issue with auto-renewable subscriptions. Problem My iOS app binary has been approved and is already live on the App Store with status Ready for Sale. However, all auto-renewable subscriptions that were submitted together with this app version are still stuck in Pending Binary Approval in App Store Connect. In production, the paywall stays on an infinite loading state because the subscription products are never returned. Users cannot subscribe. In TestFlight, using the same build and the same product IDs, the paywall loads correctly and purchase / restore / auto-renewal flows work as expected. Stack React Native + Expo managed workflow expo-iap wrapper over StoreKit 2 useIAP → fetchProducts({ skus, type: "subs" }) Server-side receipt validation via App Store Server API Auto-renewable subscriptions: monthly + yearly Already checked Paid Apps Agreement is active Banking and tax information are completed Bundle ID and product IDs match exactly The live production binary is the same one submitted with the IAPs Android / Google Play Billing works correctly Issue is iOS-only Questions Why would subscriptions remain in Pending Binary Approval even though the associated binary has already been approved and released? Is there any additional step in App Store Connect to attach/approve the subscriptions after the binary is live? Do the subscriptions need to be resubmitted with a new binary, or can Apple manually fix this state? Why does TestFlight return the products while production does not? What is the recommended recovery path: resubmit a new build with the subscriptions attached again, or open a Developer Support / App Review ticket first? Any guidance or similar experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

IAP Visibility Issues
Hello All, Working on the last thing to get our app approved for the AppStore & I’m stuck. we keep getting a rejection because in the testing on Apple‘s side, they see “The subscription is unavailable in the current storefront.” The rejection does not provide enough technical clarification to solve it. They are: Implement external purchase through multiple links for the European Economic Area (EEA) and Russia Implement external purchase through single links for the European Economic Area (EEA) and Russia https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/external-purchase Also this form link https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/storekit-external-entitlement-ru/ (Distributing apps in Russia that provide an external purchase link) always redirects to a page saying: Your account can’t access this page You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page.. (https://developer.apple.com/unauthorized/org-account-holder/) Even when accessing from Account Holder role. Kindly assist

App Review rejection: 3.1.2(c) missing EULA/Privacy links + 2.1(b) IAP error in sandbox; subscriptions show “Developer Action Needed” in App Store Connect
Hi everyone, I’m trying to fix an App Review rejection related to auto‑renewable subscriptions, and I’m also blocked because my subscriptions don’t work in the sandbox even though configuration looks correct. App Review details App version: 3.5.3 Review device: iPhone 17 Pro Max iOS: 26.4 Guidelines: 3.1.2(c) and 2.1(b) Reviewer message says: Missing required subscription metadata links: Terms of Use (EULA) link in App Description (or custom EULA set in App Store Connect) Privacy Policy link in the Privacy Policy field in App Store Connect IAP bug / error during purchase (sandbox testing during review) What I see in App Store Connect My subscription products show “Developer Action Needed”. Subscription group/products are created (monthly + yearly). I believe all required subscription info is filled out (pricing, localization, etc.), but sandbox purchases still fail. Sandbox behavior / issue In Sandbox on device, attempting to purchase or load products results in an error on IAP (reviewer didn’t provide the exact error text). I’m using StoreKit (happy to share whether it’s StoreKit 1 vs StoreKit 2 if that matters) and fetching products by product IDs. Additional blocker: Banking info stuck “Processing” In App Store Connect → Agreements, Tax, and Banking, my banking section shows: “Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then.” But the banking status has stayed Processing for more than 2 weeks and never changes. I don’t know how to resolve this, and I suspect it might be related to why subscriptions are failing in sandbox / showing “Developer Action Needed”. Questions: What are the most common reasons subscriptions show “Developer Action Needed” and are rejected/blocked even when the setup seems complete? For Guideline 3.1.2(c): what is the correct place/best practice to provide the required links? Put Apple Standard EULA link in App Description? Add custom EULA in App Store Connect → App Information → EULA? Add Privacy Policy URL in App Store Connect Privacy Policy field (or the dedicated Privacy Policy URL field)? For the sandbox IAP error during review: Could this be caused by agreements / banking stuck in Processing or Paid Apps Agreement not active/accepted (even though the app is free but uses subscriptions)? Can “Developer Action Needed” prevent sandbox transactions from working for reviewers and my tests? Any recommended step-by-step checklist to validate subscriptions end-to-end (agreements, banking/tax, subscription metadata, product status, storefront, etc.)? Has anyone seen banking updates stuck in Processing for weeks? What is the best way to resolve it (waiting, re-submitting banking info, contacting Apple, specific support channel)?

This app is currently unavailable for Analytics
20 days passed since I released the app. According to Trends it has 30+ installs and 10 In-App purchases. When will I finally get analytics? Can't wait to see it, because I'm actively promoting my app and I wish to know the marketing performance. All that I see now in App Store Connect is this message: Other apps have no signs of this issue, I assume that the analytics is missing because the app is new. The question is "when"? :)

Unresolved issues flag on released app
I have an app that was rejected but then later accepted. The app has since been updated to 1.0.2, but I still have a red stop sign icon on this app in App Store Connect. I have messaged asking how to remove the flag since the app has been accepted, but no reply yet. Can I clear this Unresolved issues flag?

After clicking on our subscription group name, app store connect is hanging and does not load. After a few minutes it will give an error. I've tried on Safari and Chrome and have tried on multiple computers. fter

Subscription group/products are created (monthly + yearly). I believe all required subscription info is filled out (pricing, localization, etc.), but sandbox purchases still fail. Sandbox behavior / issue In Sandbox on device, attempting to purchase or load products results in an error on IAP (reviewer didn’t provide the exact error text). I’m using StoreKit (happy to share whether it’s StoreKit 1 vs StoreKit 2 if that matters) and fetching products by product IDs. Additional blocker: Banking info stuck “Processing” In App Store Connect → Agreements, Tax, and Banking, my banking section shows: “Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then.” But the banking status has stayed Processing for more than 2 weeks and never changes. I don’t know how to resolve this, and I suspect it might be related to why subscriptions are failing in sandbox / showing “Developer Action Needed”. Questions: What are the most common reasons subscriptions show “Developer Action Needed” and are rejected/blocked even when the setup seems complete? For Guideline 3.1.2(c): what is the correct place/best practice to provide the required links? Put Apple Standard EULA link in App Description? Add custom EULA in App Store Connect → App Information → EULA? Add Privacy Policy URL in App Store Connect Privacy Policy field (or the dedicated Privacy Policy URL field)? For the sandbox IAP error during review: Could this be caused by agreements / banking stuck in Processing or Paid Apps Agreement not active/accepted (even though the app is free but uses subscriptions)? Can “Developer Action Needed” prevent sandbox transactions from working for reviewers and my tests? Any recommended step-by-step checklist to validate subscriptions end-to-end (agreements, banking/tax, subscription metadata, product status, storefront, etc.)? Has anyone seen banking updates stuck in Processing for weeks? What is the best way to resolve it (waiting, re-submitting banking info, contacting Apple, specific support channel)?

This app is currently unavailable for Analytics
20 days passed since I released the app. According to Trends it has 30+ installs and 10 In-App purchases. When will I finally get analytics? Can't wait to see it, because I'm actively promoting my app and I wish to know the marketing performance. All that I see now in App Store Connect is this message: Other apps have no signs of this issue, I assume that the analytics is missing because the app is new. The question is "when"? :)
