App Store Localization status is rejected without any reason
Apple rejected in-app purchases & subscriptions due to App Store Localization being rejected. But they didn't provide any reason why they rejected localization. The product status is Developer Action Needed & under details, App Store Localization is rejected. I already tried to edit the description and submit it again, but I am getting the same rejection. The product name & display name are also the same. If anyone knows the reason or resolution to fix this localization issue, then let me know.

Pending Termination Appeals Process doesn't work
The appeals process for when your Apple Developer account is in Pending Termination status doesn't work. The re-instate developer account form is very clear it shouldn't be used if it's pending. But the form for "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" which is the correct form for pending state. Gives the error "There are no apps associated with this team." we do have apps associated. There could be thousands of developer accounts that weren't able to file an appeal correctly because of this bug. "If you would like to appeal this termination decis ion to the App Review Board, you must do so within 30 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page and provide a written statement that includes the following:" Apple is very clear which to use.

App store connect reports download error
Cannot download CSV reports from App Store Connect Analytics. Started this week. When I try to export Analytics data as CSV, the export fails and the page shows this JavaScript error: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'match') The failed request in Chrome DevTools is: POST https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/analytics/api/v1/data/time-series-csv Response: 410 Gone Example Analytics page where it happens: /analytics/metrics?chartType=singleaxis&dateSpec=d7&frequency=day&groupByDimensionKey=campaignId&measureKey=totalDownloads This happens when trying to download/export CSV reports from App Store Connect Analytics. I also tried bypassing the service worker, but the request still returns 410 Gone from the server. Tried Chrome and in Firefox clearing cache and storage and incognito but still failing.

Unable to delete App ID after removing app from App Store Connect — "appears to be in use by the App Store"
Hi everyone, I'm trying to delete an App ID from Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles on the Apple Developer portal, but I'm getting the following error: "The App ID 'XXXXXXX' appears to be in use by the App Store, so it can not be removed at this time." Here's my situation: The app was never published to the App Store — it was only created in App Store Connect (no builds were ever submitted for review, and it was never in a "Ready for Sale" state). I have already removed the app from App Store Connect via "Remove App" in App Information. The app is no longer visible in my App Store Connect dashboard. It has been over 48 hours since I removed the app from App Store Connect. Despite this, the Identifiers page still shows the error above when I attempt to delete the corresponding App ID. What I've tried: Confirmed the app no longer appears in App Store Connect (including checking "Removed Apps" filter) Waited over 48 hours for the system to propagate Cleared browser cache and retried My goal: I need to release this Bundle ID so it can be registered under a different Apple Developer account. Questions: Is there an additional waiting period beyond 48 hours before the App ID can be deleted? Is there a way to force-release this App ID, or do I need to contact Apple Developer Support directly? Has anyone experienced this same issue with an app that was never published? TestFlight External Build Stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for 32+ Hours
Hi everyone, My TestFlight build has been stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for over 32 hours and I'm hoping someone can help or share their experience. The situation: I have an External Testing group with a Public Link set up. The build was submitted for Beta App Review on March 19th but it's been over 32 hours with no update. I have 25+ testers waiting to install the app. What I've tried: Waited patiently Checked App Store Connect multiple times No rejection emails received No issues flagged by Apple Questions: Is anyone else experiencing unusually long review times for TestFlight external builds right now? Paid Apps Agreement Renewed, But In-App Purchases Still Unavailable
Hello, I forgot to renew my Paid Apps Agreement when the previous one expired. As a result, all of my In-App Purchases and subscriptions became unavailable. I have now signed the new agreement, and it appears as active in App Store Connect. However, my In-App Purchases are still unavailable and purchases cannot be completed in my apps. Is there a propagation delay after signing the agreement before In-App Purchases become available again? Does Apple need to perform any manual action on their side after the agreement is renewed? If there is a delay, how long did it take in your experience? My products are still marked as "Ready for Sale" and everything else appears to be configured correctly. This issue is currently affecting live apps and preventing customers from making purchases, so I'm trying to understand whether I should simply wait or contact Apple Support. Thanks for any insights.

Stuck in Company Review for Months
Please help anyone. This is a new account for a new company. We've had Apple Accounts in other companies for YEARS. Now we created a new account - we started early, I don't even remember when, but I think January or February, and tried to open this Account. Since then, it is stuck in review. I cannot contact anyone, I cannot do anything, I cannot add anything (probably something was missing?). Can anyone help us? Our Registration ID is 7QSPNYTPVV. Is there something I can do? Escalate this somehow..?

Changing app icon displayed in App Store
Hi Guys, I have searched however unable to find an answer, and as I am new to app development, I am seeking help. So I have developed an app which is sensitive and I don't want the App Store to show its real icon on the store, as it will compromise victims. I would like to show a different icon on the App Store however retain the icon attached to the app, which has been approved. I would also like to edit the images displayed on the App Store, I have currently removed it from the store as I do not want to compromise the app. so can I change the icon app displayed in the App Store, and also edit the example images that I have sent when the app was reviewed , thanks in advance.

Organization Enrollment Stuck on "ID Verification Rejected" - No Option to Re-enter Details (Case: 102912782627)
Hello, our organization enrollment for NEXBEX SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (D-U-N-S: 643510205) is completely stuck. The Apple Developer App shows "ID Verification Rejected," but the button is greyed out/locked, and there is absolutely no option to update or re-enter any details. We have already submitted a support ticket (Case: 102912782627) 24 hours ago but haven't received a reply. Our client deployments are critically on hold. Can any Apple representative please look into this and reset our status or provide a secure link to upload documents manually? Thank you.

Title: Unable to upload app after App Transfer – ITMS-90076 Team ID mismatch (Keychain access issue) Body: Hello, I am experiencing an issue when uploading an iOS app after an App Transfer between two developer accounts. Current situation: The app has already been transferred to a new Apple Developer Team The app appears correctly under the new team in App Store Connect The Bundle Identifier remains the same I am building the app using the new Team's Apple Distribution certificate A new App Store provisioning profile has been created for the new Team However, when attempting to upload via Xcode Organizer (Distribute App → App Store Connect → Upload), the upload fails with the following error: ITMS-90076: Possible loss of keychain access. From my understanding: The previous app versions were signed with the old Team ID The new build is correctly signed with the new Team ID This seems to indicate that although the App Transfer is complete from a UI perspective, the App Store backend still compares against the previous Team ID. Questions: Is this expected behavior immediately after an App Transfer? Is there any required step to fully synchronize or refresh the app’s Team ID internally? Should it be possible to upload successfully after transfer without changing the Bundle ID? Is there a known delay or internal process before uploads from the new Team are accepted? Additional info: Xcode version: [your version] Newly created archive after transfer Certificates and provisioning have been recreated under the new Team Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Stuck submitting subscription for review
We are stuck in AppStoreConnect limbo. We have a new subscription group + two Subscriptions in Ready To Review state in appstoreconnect, but Apple Review rejected our latest app version because they weren't included with the version. Our app version has been rejected for a few issues before this which maybe broke something. When I go to edit the version, there is no Subscriptions & Purchases section to add them for review. I tried editing the subscriptions and subscription group localization to see if that got it out of Waiting For Review state or showed the version section but no luck. So we can't add the Subscriptions for review and we are rejected from App Review if we don't. I submitted an Apple support email 8 days ago and haven't received any response. Does anyone know of a way to get this unblocked?

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section missing from version page — can't submit IAPs, rejected 3 times
I have been trying to submit my first app (Nila, a health app) since late May and have been rejected repeatedly because I can't attach my in-app subscriptions to my submission. The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section simply doesn't appear on my version page. The page goes directly from iMessage App → Build with nothing in between. I have: Pushed 28+ builds Tried multiple browsers and hard refreshes Opened 3 support cases. Spent 6+ hours on hold with "Support". Replied to every rejection explaining the bug. Both subscriptions are fully configured with all metadata. The section to attach them just doesn't exist on my page. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a fix?

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for a long long long time, expedited review request no response
Hello everyone, Our app has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status in App Store Connect for an unusually long time. We have already submitted an expedited review request, but we have not received any response by email, and the app status has not changed. We would like to know if this may indicate that the review process is stuck, or if there is any action required from our side in App Store Connect. App information: Apple ID: 6756758769 Bundle ID: com.tajian.nxcrush SKU: NX_CN_2025 Current status: Waiting for Review We have checked App Store Connect and did not see any rejection, metadata issue, missing export compliance issue, or action item that requires our response. It has been one month since I enrolled in the developer program
It has now been one month since my company applied to join the Developer Program, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of our application. I have contacted support multiple times by both email and phone, but unfortunately I have still not received any meaningful response. At the time of writing this message, I have already been waiting on hold for over an hour without anyone answering the call. Additionally, all requested documentation has already been submitted as requested by Apple, so I do not understand what is causing this significant delay.

类似图中用户支付的订单,用户告诉我已经支付了,但是对应app内的权益未打开,我该怎么做可以通过他这个截图定位关联到我产品内对应生成的订单。以便于我更好的知道用户是不是真的付了这笔钱或者有没有申请退款之类的操作。 目前我们这个跟被动 用户发来一个截图说付了钱 权益没开。我们不知道付了哪个用户的哪笔订单,有没有真的付款都不知道 没法定位。 还有 我们做的内购为啥总是出现这种情况 钱付了 权益没开。差不多有1%的比例了。怎么做可以避免这种情况呢?

Stuck waiting
I'm trying to submit a new version of an app I removed from the App Store in 2017. I submitted a rewritten version only to find I could not set availability anywhere in the world. Two support phone calls later I'm waiting for someone in App Review to change whatever it is that disallows availability. I also tried creating a new bundle ID but I cannot use the name of the app, which I want to keep the same. And I cannot delete the original app from App Connect while waiting for App Review it seems. It's just a bit frustrating that calls to support can't resolve these sorts of issues.

We have a new subscription group + two Subscriptions in Ready To Review state in appstoreconnect, but Apple Review rejected our latest app version because they weren't included with the version. Our app version has been rejected for a few issues before this which maybe broke something. When I go to edit the version, there is no Subscriptions & Purchases section to add them for review. I tried editing the subscriptions and subscription group localization to see if that got it out of Waiting For Review state or showed the version section but no luck. So we can't add the Subscriptions for review and we are rejected from App Review if we don't. I submitted an Apple support email 8 days ago and haven't received any response. Does anyone know of a way to get this unblocked?

Introductory offer subscription is not appearing
Hi, My iOS App is now available on the App Store, but when I had sent the app for approval, I had created an introductory offer subscription with 1 month free trial. However, the free trial is not appearing on the app page. The subscription group status says Ready To Submit. Do I need to upload a new binary again? Thank you, John

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section missing from version page — can't submit IAPs, rejected 3 times
I have been trying to submit my first app (Nila, a health app) since late May and have been rejected repeatedly because I can't attach my in-app subscriptions to my submission. The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section simply doesn't appear on my version page. The page goes directly from iMessage App → Build with nothing in between. I have: Pushed 28+ builds Tried multiple browsers and hard refreshes Opened 3 support cases. Spent 6+ hours on hold with "Support". Replied to every rejection explaining the bug. Both subscriptions are fully configured with all metadata. The section to attach them just doesn't exist on my page. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a fix?

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for a long long long time, expedited review request no response
Hello everyone, Our app has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status in App Store Connect for an unusually long time. We have already submitted an expedited review request, but we have not received any response by email, and the app status has not changed. We would like to know if this may indicate that the review process is stuck, or if there is any action required from our side in App Store Connect. App information: Apple ID: 6756758769 Bundle ID: com.tajian.nxcrush SKU: NX_CN_2025 Current status: Waiting for Review We have checked App Store Connect and did not see any rejection, metadata issue, missing export compliance issue, or action item that requires our response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there any recommended way to contact App Review Support or ask Apple to check whether the review is stuck? Thank you.

It has been one month since I enrolled in the developer program
It has now been one month since my company applied to join the Developer Program, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of our application. I have contacted support multiple times by both email and phone, but unfortunately I have still not received any meaningful response. At the time of writing this message, I have already been waiting on hold for over an hour without anyone answering the call. Additionally, all requested documentation has already been submitted as requested by Apple, so I do not understand what is causing this significant delay.

Can not update app privacy information about tracking user after remove the tracking functionality and "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription" from info.plist. Always reminds us App contains "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription"

App内购买怎么能够和用户支付的订单相关联上呢?
类似图中用户支付的订单,用户告诉我已经支付了,但是对应app内的权益未打开,我该怎么做可以通过他这个截图定位关联到我产品内对应生成的订单。以便于我更好的知道用户是不是真的付了这笔钱或者有没有申请退款之类的操作。 目前我们这个跟被动 用户发来一个截图说付了钱 权益没开。我们不知道付了哪个用户的哪笔订单,有没有真的付款都不知道 没法定位。 还有 我们做的内购为啥总是出现这种情况 钱付了 权益没开。差不多有1%的比例了。怎么做可以避免这种情况呢?

App Store Connect and external tester
The status of my Mac application from TestFlight is "Complete" and "Ready to Submit". I truely don't know what is the next step to submit application to App Store Connect... Do I need invite external testers ? Is this invitation mandatory to App Store Connect or can I skip this step ? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciate.

Stuck waiting
I'm trying to submit a new version of an app I removed from the App Store in 2017. I submitted a rewritten version only to find I could not set availability anywhere in the world. Two support phone calls later I'm waiting for someone in App Review to change whatever it is that disallows availability. I also tried creating a new bundle ID but I cannot use the name of the app, which I want to keep the same. And I cannot delete the original app from App Connect while waiting for App Review it seems. It's just a bit frustrating that calls to support can't resolve these sorts of issues.
