Supplementary instruction.
We requested the transfer_sub for all the users at yesterday, it does working very perfect. These transfer_sub are preparing for exchange operation today.
However, like I telling you above, about 25% users was failed on the exchange operation.
And we found other weird.
Today, after a batch of users transferred failed, we chose some of them to redo the 'request transfer_sub' operation and we get the failure response: {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"User not found."}.
And we chose some of users which are transferred successfully. Let them redo the 'request transfer_sub' operation and it's still succeed.
We just do the request transfer_sub operation yesterday and all are succeed, why some would failure today?
