Hi, My W-8BEN form in App Store Connect has “Country or Region of Citizenship” locked to an incorrect value, and I cannot edit it. I need this field corrected so I can submit an accurate W-8BEN. This has been blocking my Paid Apps Agreement for over two weeks. No one replies! Can Apple reset or correct this locked citizenship field? Existing Apple Support Case ID: 21732100. Thanks.
