Many seem to have the same issue both here and on reddit. Issue must be at Apple. I submitted a contact request, I suggest everyone does the same.

Got the same issue, also made a post about it, seems like we are not the only ones having this issue. https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/786502 Apple should update their system status I guess.
