Same with me, 1st i have applied and got the confirmation from apple that "Your order is received" but even after 2 weeks waiting, there is no update even I tried to contact support but no reply, again I login back and there was option from apple says "Complete your purchase" again I applied and complete the process but till now 1 week finished but there is no update from apple and same option appears again "Complete your purchase". Its frustrating.
