Hello, we have the same issue after our registration on developer.apple.com. I can't even open the contact-site https://developer.apple.com/contact/ After clicking on it, we got the error: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." Anybody has an e-mail or phone-number for germany for us?
