Update: It has now been 3 days since I posted this and I have not received any replies or suggestions from the community, and still no response from Apple on my support case (Case ID: 20000111755276) either.
My apps are still stuck in 'Waiting for Review' with no movement and I remain completely locked out from managing my In-App Purchases. This situation is now well over two weeks old with zero communication from Apple.
I am bumping this post in hopes that someone from the community or an Apple staff member can shed some light on what might be causing this or suggest any other steps I can take. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
