I live in Japan. I have an app that made some money. I got an email that said the bank refused a payment. I went to the bank and they said they have no record of the transaction. I'm trying to figure out why I cannot receive money. I tried several modes of getting support, and when talking to the last guy on the phone, he told me to come here, to the public forum, to ask about my personal banking problems. I'm rather in disbelief. PLEASE someone from apple contact me and help me figure out why I cannot get a payment to my bank. I have nothing that even gives me a clue as to what is wrong. HELP APPLE.
