The app has been down for over 24 days, which has severely impacted our user base and revenue. I’ve tried reaching out through all available support channels, but no solution has been provided yet.
If anyone from the community or any Apple staff has experience with transferring apps from an expired account, or can assist in escalating this case, it would mean a lot to us. Any insights or help would be greatly appreciated.
