Hello, I'm migrating my individual Apple Developer Program membership to an organization membership for my company, Masku Technology Limited (Nigeria), and the process has been stuck for two weeks with no contact from Apple. Timeline 29 September 2026: Submitted the organization enrollment (Enrollment ID: CWGZ7RGQJ3). Apple's confirmation said they would verify that I have the authority to bind the organization to the Apple Developer Program legal agreements, and then email instructions to complete the enrollment. 8 October 2026: Opened a support case through the contact form (Case ID: 102973280343). I received only the automated acknowledgement. Since then I have had no email, no call and no request for documents. What's already in place I am the CEO and founder of the company, with full legal authority to sign agreements on its behalf. Our D-U-N-S record matches our legal entity name and registered address exactly, confirmed with Apple's D-U-N-S lookup tool. Company registration documents (Corporate Affairs Commission certificate and status report) are ready to provide immediately. The impact While the migration is pending, our membership benefits are disabled, so we can't manage certificates or submit apps. Our app is already live on Google Play, and the iOS launch is completely blocked. Phone support isn't available in Nigeria, so the contact form is my only channel. Questions Is there anything else I should do to trigger the authority verification step? Could someone from Apple Developer Program Support look at Enrollment ID CWGZ7RGQJ3 and let me know if anything is outstanding on our side?
