Finally I got a response from them. I didn’t get any explanation, except that it would be resolved within 48 hours, and a few hours later it started working for me.

Is it common for Apple to have such a poor response like this? I’ve opened two cases, the first one over two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received a reply, and I seem to be far from alone in experiencing this issue. This is the first app I’m submitting to Apple, so it’s possible that I’ve done something wrong. But in that case, I would really appreciate being told what I’ve done wrong so I can fix it.
