Sorry! Just saw your follow up comment! Did the same thing, went to Pricing and Availability, made the changes, and now the status is Ready for Sale. Thanks for sharing!

I've just had my app approved and the exact same thing has happened. Received three emails in quick succession, submission accepted, app status is Developer removed from sale, and app is now Ready for Sale, in that order. Logged into App Store Connect to check, and the status of the app is Developer Removed from Sale. How did you solve your problem?
