Nevermind! I was able to go through these steps. However, I was getting the notAvailable error persistently.

After step 6 (selecting Manage), I get presented with a Cannot Connect modal with a Retry button. I've confirmed I'm connected to the internet, and tapping Retry does not fix things.

After step 6, I'm seeing a full screen modal "Cannot Connect" with a "Retry" button. I've confirmed that I'm connected to the internet, and tapping Retry does not load the page.

Sounds pretty harsh
