Update, one week later:
Our reinstatement petition (Case 20000145868954) was denied on
September 3. The response states the decision is final and that
subsequent appeals will not be processed.
Through the entire process, from the termination notice to the final
denial, the specific conduct was never identified: not which app, not
which action, not which finding. Our offer of supporting
documentation, including trade registry records and a notarized
declaration regarding our account history, was never taken up.
We accept that the appeal process has concluded. We are leaving this
thread here for two reasons:
If anyone from Apple sees this: we are still only asking to be
told what we were found to have done. We would correct any real
issue immediately and prove the fix.
For other developers: if you have been through a 3.2(f)
termination where the reason was never stated, and you found any
path that led to an actual explanation, we would be grateful to
hear it.
Thank you.
