Hi, anyone can help me on please, should i make another payment from web now or just wait for support to answer?

Hi, Now the Apple Developer app shows: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” When I sign in on the website with the same Apple Account, it still shows “Proceed with Purchase.” Has anyone had the same issue after payment was already charged and invoiced? Thank you
