I can't use the developer support page!! As mentioned in the post, I'll get a 500 internal server error.
Furthermore, I think it's my Apple id issue because I created a new account and was able to enroll and use the developer support with the new account.
Same issue happened to me as well.
Trying to use the developer support but it gave me ERROR: [object Object] and a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" in the console.
What's my next step?
