We are seeing the same issue. The sheet appears and Face ID succeeds, then the system shows "Sign Up Not Completed" (ASAuthorizationError 1001), with the same -6003 / SRP Code=2 / -7003 sequence in the akd logs. It happens on TestFlight and development builds, for two testers on two devices with two different Apple IDs, and only with our app. Capability, entitlement, provisioning profile and Services ID are all verified.
