But my account still shows "pended" status and asks me to complete the registration. And I submitted an email to the technical support with the case number: 102884850121 on 03/05/2026 and so far I have not been answered. I paid the subscription fee through the application and the payment was confirmed more than ten days ago and now my account is suspended and all of them are in the process of being confirmed.
