My subscription expired Im trying to renew but it goes to renewal page then jumps back to the Account - Apple Developer page Its been hours Im stuck Apple Hot line is useless they are telling me I have to wait for the technical support to reply to my email which takes up to 3 days what the hell happened to apple?

Hi, "apple-pay-cert.pem" where can i get this certificate, Is it same as "Merchant certificate" or "Payment certificate", which are downloaded form apple developers account? i am using "merchanecertificate.p12" for send a request to apple servers, But i am getting error as below. InnerException:System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
