@HCVF : Yes!! Earlier, we had Contactless Pass Provisioning (sharable). As suggested, by @DTS Engineer the account holder sent an email to the Apple team at cpp_entitlements to enable Contactless Pass Provisioning (deprecated). Within an hour, Apple updated the entitlement. After that, I restarted my PC, created a new provisioning profile, removed all old profiles from the library, and installed the new provisioning profile. it started working successfully.
