No I am not, I'm simply living in the UK currently but I have no permanent residence nor do I work or pay tax. When signing up for the program all it asks for is your address...so of course I put the UK since that is my current address. Now it will only let me fill in the tax form as if I was born in the UK. Seems like a major problem with the sign up process.
