I am experiencing the same issue even with Xcode Version 15.1 beta (Oct 2023). Is there any known solution? I feel it should work, since it was explained in detail in wwdc2023-10196

UserInfo={NSURL=file:///Users/.../Downloads/.../....ipa, NSLocalizedDescription=The item at ....ipa is not a valid bundle., NSLocalizedFailureReason=Failed to read the bundle.}}, NSURL=file:///Users/.../Downloads/.../....ipa} Domain: com.apple.dt.DVTCoreDevice Code: -1 The IPA installs without problem using Configurator 2.16.
