Developer Agreement page keeps refreshing after Developer account access was disabled
I am trying to find out whether anyone else has seen this Developer account access issue, and what path worked for them. Context: My Apple Developer Program access was disabled after Apple reported potentially suspicious software signed with my Developer ID certificate. My Developer ID certificates were revoked, so I need to contact Apple Developer Program Support / WWDR and resolve the reinstatement review. I can sign in, but when I try to access Developer contact or agreement-related pages, I am sometimes redirected to: https://developer.apple.com/register/agree/?path=%2Fcontact%2F That page appears to refresh or redirect repeatedly and never lets me complete the flow. Because account access is disabled, I also cannot complete normal membership renewal/payment from the developer account UI. I have already submitted the Developer account access contact form and contacted Apple Support. Regular Apple Support told me Developer Program cases are handled by Apple Developer Support, not regular Apple Support. Has anyone resolved this kind of register/agree redirect loop when the Developer Program account itself is disabled or under review? Things I am looking for: Is there a known browser/session workaround for the register/agree loop? Is the loop expected when the Developer Program membership is disabled? Is there another Apple Developer Support path for a human review when the account cannot access the normal contact or renewal flow? Should this be handled only through WWDR / Apple Developer Program Support email after the initial suspension notice? I am not posting private account details here. I am mainly looking for the correct public guidance or escalation path for this specific access-loop situation.I am trying to find out whether anyone else has seen this Developer account access issue, and what path worked for them.
