Organization Enrollment Declined After Missing Document Request Due to Temporary Email Issue
Hello everyone,
I am posting here in the hope that someone from the community, or possibly Apple Developer Support, may be able to provide some guidance regarding my organization enrollment.
I recently applied to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a Company / Organization for my registered US company, Oguzhan Sert LLC.
Before submitting my enrollment, I obtained a valid D-U-N-S Number for my company. Apple's official D-U-N-S lookup successfully found my organization, and I later received an email from Apple Developer Relations confirming that my D-U-N-S Number could be used to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program. This gave me confidence that my company's legal information had been successfully recognized.
Unfortunately, my enrollment request was eventually declined.
At first, I did not understand the reason because the decline message contained very little information. However, after carefully reviewing my emails, I discovered that Apple had previously sent me a request asking for additional verification documents.
The requested documents included:
A government-issued photo ID.
Proof of my relationship with the company.
Company formation documents such as the Formation Document or other official business records.
The problem was that, during that period, my company email server was experiencing a temporary technical issue. Because of this issue, I unfortunately did not receive or notice Apple's verification request before the deadline. As a result, I was unable to upload the requested documents, and my enrollment was later declined.
The email server issue has now been completely resolved.
Today, I have every document Apple requested ready for submission, including my government-issued identification, my company's official Formation Document, and additional documents confirming that I am the founder and authorized representative of Oguzhan Sert LLC.
In addition, I have started the Dun & Bradstreet business profile verification process to further verify my authority over the company and strengthen my company's business records.
I completely understand and respect Apple's verification procedures. I appreciate the importance of protecting the Apple Developer Program and ensuring that organizations are properly verified before enrollment is approved.
My only goal is to complete the verification process correctly.
I would be very grateful if Apple could provide another opportunity to submit the requested documents or reopen my enrollment so the verification process can be completed.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation where an organization enrollment was declined simply because additional documents could not be submitted in time?
If your enrollment was successfully reopened, I would sincerely appreciate hearing about your experience or any advice you may have.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post. I truly appreciate any guidance from the community or from Apple Developer Support.
