Stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 6+ days after approved expedited review - App ID 6777567312
Hello, Our iOS app "PITCH" (Apple ID: 6777567312) version 1.1.12 (build 15) has been sitting in "Waiting for Review" since July 8, 12:28 PM KST - more than 6 days now, with no messages from App Review and no status change. Submission ID: 2fd1c2a9-f60a-47a5-8ba8-ab112143cca2. Timeline and context: This update fixes the issue raised in the previous rejection (Guideline 5.1.1(iv)), and the fix is documented in the App Review notes of the submission. An expedited review request for this submission was approved, but the submission still has not entered review. All of our previous versions (1.1.4 through 1.1.11) were reviewed within 1-2 days, so this is very unusual for our app. We contacted Developer Support about the review status (Case ID: 102941157183). The delay is critical for us: our live users are waiting for this bug-fix release and our development schedule has been blocked for two weeks. Is there anything on our side that could be blocking the review? Any help or guidance from the App Review team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
