Reply to Program enrollment issue, no response from support
We have been waiting for almost two months without receiving any clear response or resolution. During this time, we have opened multiple support cases, contacted Apple Support several times, and posted about the issue in this forum. Unfortunately, we still have no solution, and it feels like nobody is actually reviewing our case. This has been extremely disappointing. We are trying to move forward with the production release of our application, but this enrollment issue has blocked us for nearly two months. Our experience with Android has been completely different. Reviews and related processes have generally been completed within seven days or less, with much clearer communication. I genuinely expected Apple, considering its reputation and the size of the company, to provide an even better developer experience. I understand that verification and enrollment procedures are necessary, but waiting almost two months without a clear explanation, timeline, or resolution is very frustrating. At this point, we simply need someone from Apple to properly review our case and tell us what is preventing the enrollment from being completed and what we need to do to resolve it.

Unfortunately, after more than a month, I have not received any meaningful response or solution from Apple. After reading other posts in this forum, it seems that this is not an isolated case. Many developers are reporting similar situations: enrollment processes stuck for weeks, emails going unanswered, and very limited communication from Apple regarding the status of their applications. This situation cannot continue this way. Apple is one of the largest and most reputable technology companies in the world, and developers should be able to expect a reasonable level of communication and support, especially when these delays directly affect real projects and businesses. In our case, the situation is preventing us from launching our application. The project is currently on hold because we cannot complete the App Store publication process, which is also generating additional costs and affecting our planned launch schedule. We understand that verification and enrollment processes can take time, but waiting for more than a month without a clear response or status update is extremely frustrating and difficult to justify. Apple should seriously review how these cases are being handled and provide developers with better communication, realistic timelines, and an effective escalation process. We are simply asking for a clear response and a solution so we can move forward with our project.

We are experiencing exactly the same issue. Our Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for several weeks as well. We have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, but unfortunately, there is simply no communication or meaningful response. The most concerning part is not only the delay itself, but the complete lack of information. Developers and companies have production schedules, testing phases, release dates, and clients depending on these enrollments. Weeks of silence from Apple can seriously affect entire projects. It is difficult to understand how a company the size of Apple can have such limited communication and support for the Developer Program enrollment process. Apple really needs to improve this process and provide at least a clear status, estimated processing time, or an effective escalation channel. Simply leaving applications "Pending" or "In Review" for weeks without any explanation is not acceptable. Unfortunately, you are not alone. Many of us are currently facing the same situation.

Reply to Apple Developer Program Enrollment Delayed for Over 6 Weeks – No Response After Resubmitting Documents
Many of us are experiencing exactly the same problem. It is very frustrating to see that Apple Developer Support simply does not respond to emails for weeks. It is difficult to understand how a company as large as Apple appears to have such limited support capacity for something as important as the Developer Program enrollment process. This is not just an inconvenience. These delays directly affect real projects, development schedules, releases, clients, and businesses that depend on completing the enrollment process. We understand that verification may take time and that Apple needs to carefully review documentation, but waiting for weeks without any meaningful response or status update is not reasonable. Apple should seriously review how these cases are being handled and provide developers with better communication, realistic processing times, and a proper escalation process. You are definitely not the only one facing this situation. Many of us are still waiting for answers.
