Hello, I submitted version 1.0.11 of my game on September 15th. It was rejected the same day for a metadata issue: my app preview video and description referenced pricing, which is not permitted under Guideline 2.3.7. I made every requested change right away. I replaced the app preview video to remove the pricing reference, rewrote the affected line in both my English and Spanish (Mexico) descriptions, and uploaded a new screenshot set. I resubmitted on September 16th, roughly 18 hours after the rejection. All requested changes were completed before resubmitting, and nothing about the binary changed. That resubmission has now been In Review for more than four days, with no further feedback. It has been five days since the original submission. I also tried to reply to the original rejection message in App Store Connect to confirm that the metadata had been corrected. Every attempt returns a "Validation Error - There was a validation error. Check your entries and try again." dialog, so I have not been able to respond in Resolution Center at all. I assumed resubmitting would serve the same purpose, which is why I went that route. The reason I am asking for help rather than simply waiting is that the version currently live on the App Store contains a launch bug that I have since identified and fixed. On affecte a black screen and never renders, so those users cannot play at all. I have confirmed 19 users currently unable to launch the aaily. The fix is in the build now sitting in review. Every day it waits, more of my existing users are locked out of an app that is For transparency, this submissioconsumable in-app purchases that are being reviewed for the first time. If those are what is holding things up, I am glad to he app version on its own, if that would move it along faster. I just have no way to tell from my side what the hold-up is.
