Someone needs to retroactively update the iOS 15.4 release notes because "Xcode 15.4 requires a Mac running macOS Sonoma 14 or later." is currently not true. Xcode 15.4 will not run on Sequoia. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-15_4-release-notes

This actually worked. I had one device registered with hardware UDID but with Rosetta2 off, it registered and additional device w/a different ID and now things are working.

I suspect I tried before and after Apple fixed the glitch today maybe. otool -L showed no differences and we are using concurrency.
