This is ridiculous. Like OP, I also followed the instructions in the email to provide identity verification immediately and reached out after a few days, and never got a reply back. If you won't provide support via email, and neither here, what the hell are we supposed to do?? I paid for this subscription. Refusing to provide me what I bought, not providing any information whatsoever on what is going on, and not even offering a support channel is borderline fraudulent.
