Comment on macOS App: In-App Purchases section missing from version page - IAPs stuck for 3+ days, 4 app versions approved but IAPs never reviewed
Thank you. Our IAPs are stuck on "In Review" and "Waiting for Review", not "Ready to Submit", so the section never appears on the version page. This creates a deadlock because we cannot attach them since the section does not show, and the section does not show because they are not "Ready to Submit." All metadata is complete. We have submitted 4 app versions, all approved, but the IAPs have never been approved. Is there a way to reset the IAP status back to "Ready to Submit"

Also worth mentioning, this is not our first app. We have another application published on iOS and iPadOS where the entire In-App Purchase process worked perfectly. Subscriptions and non-consumables were submitted with the first version, reviewed, and approved without any issues. We followed the exact same steps for this macOS app but the result is completely different. We also have two open support cases regarding this issue with no resolution yet.

Thank you for clarifying. I understand that the IAPs are already in the review pipeline. However, the two subscriptions have been showing "In Review" for over 3 days, and the non-consumable has been on "Waiting for Review" for even longer. During this same period, 4 app versions were submitted and approved, but the IAP products remain unreviewed. Is this review duration normal for In-App Purchases on macOS? We have two open support cases but have not received any response yet.
