I submitted my verification request on September 23, 2024, and was informed that it would be processed within 2 business days. Unfortunately, it has been significantly longer than promised, and I am yet to receive any updates. I have also contacted customer service and submitted all the required verification documents, but there has been no progress on my case (Case: 102413335939).
