Im facing same issue! I completed the enrollment process and made the payment of $99 and the amount has been deducted from my bank account, but i havent recieved confirmation of payment and the account still telling me to purchase the amount for enrollment. Ive tried to email the support and no answere, ive been waiting for 7 days until now.
