I'm beginning to think I have a build issue on my XOJO project. I'm seeing everything you mention here, but my project will not load

I have but not having much luck. I posted here to make sure that a free version of the developer license was indeed an thing and if anyone here might have experience using it.

I have but not having much luck. They indicate that I need a paid Apple developer license but from what I seen apple has a free version to test with, Is that not true?
